TESTIMONIAL

HEAR YOURSELF

FROM OUR CLIENT

Amazing communication

“The communication with Florian and Moeed was super relaxed and efficient. Compared to other agencies we contacted, we found the price to be very fair and the quality of the work delivered was excellent.
Deadlines were always met and if there were any queries, we always had someone to contact. PakGeeks is now our go-to agency for future projects.”

FAQs

How much does a mock-up design cost?

The cost of a mock-up design can vary depending on the complexity of the project, the number of pages, and the level of customization required. Basic mock-ups for a small number of pages can start at a few hundred dollars, while more complex or detailed designs will cost more. We can provide a more accurate estimate after understanding your specific needs.

Will I be able to do changes later on in the design, or do I always need your help for that?

Once the mock-up design is completed and delivered, you will receive the design files. If you have the necessary design tools and skills, you can make changes on your own. However, if you prefer, we’re always here to assist with any updates or adjustments you might need in the future.

What information do you need from me to give a binding offer with a fixed price for my website?

To provide a binding fixed-price offer for your website mock-up, we need a clear understanding of your project. This includes information about the number of pages, design preferences, any specific features or functionalities you envision, and any existing branding or content you want to incorporate. The more detailed your input, the more accurate our fixed-price proposal will be.

I don’t know yet all the pages and texts for my mock-ups but still want to work with a fixed price contract. Is that possible?

Yes, it's possible to work with a fixed-price contract even if all the pages and content aren't finalized yet. We can agree on a core set of pages and design elements that are included in the fixed price, with the option to add additional pages or features later as needed. These can be handled through change requests with agreed-upon pricing.

What will happen if I don’t like the design or effects in the mock-ups? Can it be changed for free, or do I need to pay always?

We aim to ensure you're completely satisfied with the mock-up design by involving you in the process and gathering your feedback at every stage. If you’re not happy with certain aspects of the design, we’ll make revisions within the scope of the project at no additional cost. However, if significant changes or new requests are made beyond the initial agreement, there may be additional charges, which we would discuss with you beforehand.
